问题送货员
随着市场趋势,网购已成了一种常态。个人很少上网购物,但孩子和太太却是网购常客。而我因为在家的时间多,理所当然的便成了接收人,也因此碰到各种各样的送货员或送餐员。
诚然,网购或订餐省时省事,但偶尔也会有疏漏或货不对办的时候,但最糟的还是碰上态度不好的送货员。昨天就又碰到这个“冤家”!
此人也来过好几次,我在外头大铁门上装有一个摇铃,他一般也不理就径自开了边上的小铁门进来,由于没耐性兼行动粗鲁,小铁门往往就撞上了墙。进来了看到我也没有表情,跟他打招呼也毫无反应,明明只差几步就可以把东西交到我手上,他也不干,直接就把物件放在门外长凳子上,好像我是透明的!
昨天下午听到外头铁门嘭的一声,一看又是这个家伙,放下东西在长凳子上掉头就走,忍不住大声喊住他问,为何进大门也不摇铃就直接进来,他一如既往的旣没有正眼看你,也毫无歉意,还是一副面无表情的衰样!
房子还没装修以前他开小铁门撞墙我也不太在意,但如今我新上漆的墙就因此留下了一个凹痕!跟他讲态度也还是一如既往-既没有歉意也还是一样面无表情!这是什么服务态度?!对人好点会死吗?!
我也不打算投诉,但和太太孩子说以后不要再和跟这个送货公司有关的商家买东西了,以免再次见到这副嘴脸又是一肚子气。

With the market trend, online shopping has become the norm. I rarely shop online myself, but my child and wife are frequent online shoppers. Since I spend more time at home, I naturally become the one to receive deliveries, and as a result, I have encountered various delivery personnel or food couriers.
Admittedly, online shopping or ordering food saves time and hassle, but occasionally there may be oversights or cases where the delivered items do not match the order. However, the worst part is encountering delivery personnel with poor attitudes. Yesterday, I ran into this "nemesis" again!
This person has been here several times before. I have installed a bell on the main iron gate outside, but he usually ignores it and just opens the small side iron gate to come in. Impatient and rough in his movements, he often causes the small gate to bang against the wall. When he comes in, he shows no expression upon seeing me, and doesn't respond at all when I greet him. Even though he is just a few steps away from handing the items directly to me, he refuses to do so and simply places them on the bench outside the door, as if I were invisible!
Yesterday afternoon, I heard a loud bang from the iron gate outside. When I looked, it was him again. He put the items on the bench and turned to leave immediately. I couldn't help but call out to him loudly and ask why he had come in directly without ringing the bell. He neither looked at me nor showed any apology, still wearing that same expressionless and unpleasant look!
Before the house was renovated, I didn't really care when he opened the small gate and banged it against the wall. But now, my newly painted wall has a dent because of this! When I spoke to him about it, his attitude was the same as always - no apology and still expressionless! What kind of service attitude is this?!
I don't plan to file a complaint, but I told my wife and child that from now on, we should stop buying from merchants associated with this delivery company, so we don't have to see that face again and get worked up.
