网上重逢

       近日在Dr. Wendy Seah 以及她的朋友 - 另一位 Wendy（Lee）的帮助下，终于联系上“失散”多年的老师 Mrs Elaine Dobson，谢谢两位 Wendy！

       Elaine 是我在澳洲昆士兰音乐学院留学时的作曲主修老师，她对我的帮助除了作曲方面学习，也十分关照我的生活，是一位像母亲一样的老师。从她那里，我除了学到许多有关专业方面的理论知识，也许更重要的，也学习到如何做一位关心学生的老师 .......

Firstly my apologies for this tardy reply. We have been dealing with flood issues! Ours are very minor but others less so.

We were so delighted when Wendy Lee asked if she could send you my email address. Yes, it has been decades since we were in touch and it was lovely to catch up with all your successes on your web site. It is so reassuring for me to know that I may have had a tiny part in them. I was always very impressed with your creativity and am certainly very proud of you now.

We are now living in Brisbane again. Our address is xxxxxxx. We were in Christchurch, NZ, for 34 years and moved back to Brisbane in 2015.We are enjoying it (weather and Covid permitting).

It is interesting that just the other day I was going through some old photo albums and came across this one!

How is Soh Wah and are you both in good health? We also remember Soh Wah with affection because she was so kind to us when we visited Singapore.What fun we had on our first visit!

Once, when we were in Singapore we tried to contact you but were unable to do so. We saw picture of your available CDs but were unable to purchase any. Terence was disappointed because he would have liked to get the one which had the cover of the portrait he did of you.

We would love to keep in touch and look forward to the time we can see you again.
